When students leave Suscitāre Scholars, our hope is that they walk away with hearts that have been awakened, revived, and kindled with a lifelong love of learning. We want them to carry an enduring sense of wonder — the kind that keeps asking questions, keeps seeking truth, and keeps delighting in the world God has created. We pray they leave with a spirit that is curious, courageous, and joyful: a spirit that sees patterns in history, order in mathematics, beauty in language and art, and the fingerprints of God woven through every discipline. More than anything, we desire that their time at Suscitāre has awakened a flame that continues to burn throughout their lives — a flame that urges them to explore, to pursue wisdom, to seek understanding, and to know their Creator more deeply as they journey into adulthood. At Suscitāre Scholars, learning is not something that ends when a student graduates. It is a lifelong calling, a joyful pursuit, and a gift from God. Our prayer is that every student leaves with a heart fully alive to that calling.
